And what, may I ask, we are supposed to learn from that fight? Perhaps you are suggesting that Vitali's boxing style somehow similar Razor Ruddock? The last time I checked Ruddock was ok but limited fighter whose career highlight was UD loss to Tyson.

Last I checked, Vitali was a limited fighter whose career highlights were getting stopped by a feather fisted Byrd and and ole out of shape Lewis...

Look at the speed, explosiveness and power of Lewis in his earlier fights and compare it to the lumbering old guy that fought Vitali.

    There is no comparison.

When Lewis was under prepared for Rahman, Rahman laid him out. When Lewis was under prepared for Vitali, Vitali had a good go but ultimately got his face sliced up and stopped.

READ POST #114 AND LEARN SOMETHING TO GOD'S SAKE. Why is it ONLY YOU, who can't seem to comprehend that this was not a prime Lewis in the ring. Hell even the other Klitschko fans haven't argued that point. All I'm asking you to check it out for yourself and you can't even do that!!

Lewis was the biggest coward in boxing history, they couldn't beat him back in the ring with Vitali!

The excuse that Lewis was under-prepared is bull****. He's the heavyweight champ. He had a fight scheduled and should've trained for it.

Vitali stepped in with only a few weeks notice. Unless he was already in training for another scheduled fight, he is the only one out of the two who can use lack of conditioning as an excuse for a sub-par performance.

Perhaps, but when a sub-par performance includes a TKO victory over a tough warrior like Vitali that tells you why he's an ATG. :good

But Lewis was presumably in camp for 8 weeks and Vitali for only 3.

Mate dont even bother these people just dont understand. Ok maybe he SHOULDVE been in shape but he wasnt, he was old and no longer hungry he wasnt the same fighter he was. This he was behind on the score cards rhubarb really annoys me because boxing first and foremost is about stopping your opponent. Its like saying Bruno shouldve won because he was ahead on the scorecards when he got kod or Froch shouldve lost to Taylor because he was behind on the scorecards. Its all ridiculous.
