I think so. Floyd believes he is the best, now he sees this guy who is better than him, and thinks the only way that's possible is if he is on PEDs.

his excuses seems lame. he thinks pacquiao become a very good fighter once he moved-up, not knowing pac's history that pac was already a lineal-world champion at age of 19.

Yes he does. Its not about him becoming better as far as skills is concerned. PED'S can't give you skills but it can give you stamina, and power.

You say something enough and you will believe it, that's almost undesputed. Mental conditioning is very powerful and not only does Floyd and his family believe it, but a lot of others do too after hearing it non-stop from the Mayweathers.

He claims Pac was average at the lower weights, yet Pac was beating future HoFs. And everytime he went up in weight he obliterated his opponents, not just at 140-147.

Seems the Mayweather's don't know their ****. They definately know Pac felt he was weakened in the first fight with Morales though, Roger was talking about it the other day making an ass of himself.

He claimed Manny was weak because he didn't take PEDs due to the blood test, yet the blood test in question was last minute and was a normal test for diseases and blood deficiencies and not for drugs. Mayweather's don't know what the **** they are talking about.
