Normally I don't really care about a fighter's family issues unless it gets in the way of good fights, especially money fueled issues like this.

but damn, his wife sure irritates the hell out of me. Can't stand watching her and I can't see how she's can be good influence on Nonito.

Nonito's dad took money that was supposed to be for the team, food money etc, but didn't give it to the team, then he asked for more, when they told him they saw he took it cos he signed for it, he denied it, they found out whilst asking for more, he was down in the casino gambling.

That's just one problem

 

Looking at Pacquiao, despite his Father whom have left them when he was young, never really put a seed of hate on his Father. He even brought his Father to watch him fight here in states when he fought Hatton(not sure if it was on Dela Hoya or Hatton).

I still like Donaire though but definitely not a national icon type like Pacquiao. He doesn't have that charisma that Pacquiao has to his fans.
