nah Floyd's arms are just as long. black people tend to have longer arms.

it doesn't matter either way. Martinez is a technical hack and gets outboxed by Mayweather

Floyd talks a lot more than he fights. Don't hold your breath for Floyd to fight anyone even remotely competitive.

LOL I know it's an old source, but funny none the less.
Yeah, he did what people thought he wouldn't do and fight Mosley, but at 147 and Shane was 38 years old. Though he was coming off a victory over Margarito which means *SOME*.
Pac is my favorite fighter and I give like 55/45 odds in favor of pac against Mayweather. Martinez though....I give like 80/20 in favor of Martinez.
FLOYD ISN'T GOING TO FIGHT THIS GUY! He stands a way better chance against being a little bit of a smaller fighter in Pac than beating a big athletic guy like martinez.
Pac and Mayweather both lose to Martinez. I think there both more talented than martinez in there styles (Pac's aggression and Mayweather's defense).....However, there not enough ahead of him to make up for there lack of size.

The **** do you mean "nah", it's not up for debate. Just because they tend to have longer arms doesn't mean they do in every situation. Having slightly broader shoulders wouldn't add more than 4 inches to your reach.

A technical hack? You ****ing clown.

There is no clear favourite in this fight.

And I agree it doesn't matter either way, because the fight won't happen.

Martinez is slower. He fights with his hands down. He's always off balance. The only advantage he would have is size and power, and maybe workrate, but he's not the type of fighter to impose his size on his opponent. Easy win for Mayweather imo.

I think Martinez could do something that no other man could. Embarrass Floyd, I would love to see this fight

Floyd wouldnt fight Martinez but I'm not gonna criticise him for that because he's already moved up 5 weight divisions, the only reason Martinez would give Floyd problems is because he has a ton of physical advantages in terms of size, I'm not gonna give a former super featherweight stick for not fighting the best middleweight on the planet.

He can be criticised for not fighting Pacquiao, Cotto or Margarito over the past few years however. He hasnt handled his business at welterweight yet.

  10. I mean people can talk about advantages all they want ' Floyd is the superior boxer , Floyds faster ' ' Martinez is the stronger man and has a longer reach ' none of that matters because Mayweather wont fight Martinez he will get a beat down.
Let Floyd whoop Mannys ass and then i think hes gotta call it a day

:D c'mon bro you know thats not true. No one is sayin judah beat your boy, but I think floyd was winning most of the first round then judah stole it from him. Second again floyd started strong but judah did a beautiful thing where he counters the counterpuncher. He throws the southpaw jab, floyd does his right to counter it, then judah also leans back avoiding right and tags floyd with a clean straight left. He also should gotten the 10-8 round. Hbo made it 13 punches landed each and gave it to judah. Floyd came alive in the 3rd, judah was already gassing out with his mouth open, but judah came back and won the4th. He was clearly landing the cleaner shots. It was clear to everyone floyd was struggling with a speedy southpaw. Thats the point Im trying to make.

The compubox numbers say its true. Nobody saying Judah did land a few big punches that stole some rounds, but Floyd was outworking Judag(outthrowing him 2-1 in the 1st 4 rounds) and he landed more punches.

Once Floyd adjusted to Judahs counter punching it was just a matter of time before Judah gave up. Had nothing to do with Judah being a 4 round fighter.

I think you're a great unbiased poster. But need I remind you that Martinez doesnt fight the full 12 either. He starts fast and ends strong. But he gave the first Paul Williams fight away in the mid rounds and nearly gave the Kelly Pavlik fight away in the mid rounds aswell. Floyd fights the full 12 at the same speed.

That could be a deciding factor.

Wow Floyd could become the MW champ, that would be a hell of an achievement.

    serious 80/20?

Look SM is a good fighter.....skill wise he is not better than Floyd. If your banking on his size then your wrong. I'm not saying SM can't win he most certainly can...but no way he blows Floyd out or KO's him. SM is getting massively over rated.
