For YOU Wlad is 'the' champion, etc, etc........but that means f*ck all, mate. For your average joe punter....the kind of person who will pay £14.95 to watch this fight.....all this drivel about who you think is a 'real' champion or not is irrelevant. Just because it's flavour of the month around here to **** on Haye, doesn't change the fact that he brings the most money to this fight....that's the reality. Haye should make sure he gets the best contract he can.....exactly as you would if you were in his position.
During the FIRST round of 50-50 negotiations (not the ones we've just had) I said on this forum and on general that I thought Haye was in the wrong. This time, I think Wlad's been in the wrong. This Chisora **** is off the scale. Just calling it as I see it.

Should have said you were talking about if from a casual's viewpoint. But what's your casual fan going to say when Sky tell them that Wlad has two world titles to Haye's one? Haye is saying he's happy with the terms on offer this time round. If both sides say negotiations are going smoothly then there's no need for us to be discussing purse splits. Trust me, if the fight gets done I will be backing Haye all the way. I'm still a fan but you have to be realistic about some things. For me stuff like who enters the ring first is irrelevant.
