I really don't understand as to why pacquiao is branded as a roid user or suspected of using roids. Pac is fast but a lot of people here consider Floyd as faster than pac. Floyd moved up in weight quicker than Pac ( Pac and floyd basically started their boxing careers at 106. Pac started his pro career at 106 and Floyd started his amateur career @ 106. Floyd started his pro boxing career at 130) Pac slowed down in the higher division and so did Floyd. Pac was super fast, dominating the lower weight class while Floyd was an incredible beast at 140 and below. There really isn't anything different between these two and I don't really know when where and how the Mayweathers suspect that Pac is using roids.
WADA/USADA are proven innefficient ineffective agencies with guidelines which allow many cheats to get away. With their reputations exposed, they are more of a inconvenience and disruption to training than a deterrent to PEDs use. This content is protected This content is protected This content is protected
They claimed to have stopped when they did, because, they had all the samples they needed. The point is they could test whenever and as frequently as they wanted, and the boxers did not know the schedule beforehand. It's a good deterrent...and much better than the commission approach to discouraging the use of PEDs and steroids, IMO. I really do not see the issue.
Again people arent thinking. PEDS made Pac less of a fighter. This victory against MAB is his greatest. Its been downhill since as performance goes. It just seemed that hes more dominant because Oscar, Hatton, Cotto isnt really in the same league as prime MAB. I just wished that if hes on drugs he gets off it. Shits made him slow and easy to gas.
I'd feel exactly the same way. I was really disappointed when someone reported Roach was going to ask Shane for OSDT. It turned out Roach was misquoted by a really respected Filipino jouornalist. Freddie never mentioned OSDT, but it was assumed by Joaquin Henson. Freddie only meant the regular state commission testing. I have nothing against better testing, as long as it does not interfere and disrupt training. Everytime I've been tested, gave any amount of blood, I get nauseous and leaves me with a headache the rest of the day. So I know what Pac means when he says giving blood affects him. He's already had a bad experience giving blood 2 days before the first Morales fight. He's just being very cautious about going thru that same ordeal.
Mayweather brutalized opponents going up in weight. De La Hoya brutalized opponents going up in weight. Pacquiao brutalizing opponents going up in weight.......BUST OUT THE DRUG TEST KITS!!!!
Of course, he is innocent unless he is proven guilty. And what is the basis of your suspicion, wise guy? Beating bigger fighters who happened to be slow when they fought a naturally gifted and fast Pacquiao? That's the height of stupidity, your privilege of posting messages here should be deleted.
Funny how the PED accusations came from the Mayweathers after Pacquiao KO'd a Mayweather Sr. fighter Hatton.
Fair enough...in regards to the rest of your post. One could argue that Floyd is being very cautious too. I don't see that Pac's cautiousness is any more or less genuine than Floyd's, at this point. Both are foregoing millions of dollars and undisputed greatness, because of their cautiousness.
Oh my god.. So it's not his weight gain, it's his speed, power and talent... Things he clearly hasn't improved in years of dedication and training, it's just roids. Mayweather is the best and it took him heaps longer to knock out Hatton - absolutely nothing to do with Mayweathers 'defensive first' style vs Pacs front foot style, nor is it anything to do with Hattons awful defense that night, STUPID game plan from the get go and his general decline... Nope, those reasons are clearly too irrational!! With Marg it was clearly roids too. Big guy, hasn't fought in a long time, knocked to **** by another WW in Mosely, clearly not a great boxer... But nope, there's no way PAC could rationally do what he did with out roids. Oh and Cotto... He's never taken a beating against any Mexica... Oh. Wait. Everyone needs to get over the 'Pac is small' illusion. He is not. He's grown and with it his power has increased and he seems to have kept his speed - Mayweather and many others have echoed this. He's matured as a boxer. Doesn't waste as many punches, has stamina in droves and can punch from any angle. THAT IS WHAT A BOXER SHOULD BE DOING. Fact is you could always suspect ANY athlete of roiding... If you talk to insiders they'll tell you it's rife everywhere. But only because Crack Mayweather and his crack head family chime in after Pac beats one of his trainees it's suddenly gospel. If you can't see the ego that family walks around with and can't possibly think that they started this **** purely as a reaction to seeing someone who is clearly a threat not only to their boy Money's P4P status, legacy and now potentially his 0 then you are a damned fool. Whether Pac truly is on it or not does not matter. Those guys don't know and have NO OTHER reason than fear and spite to start talking such ****. If Pac is roiding and hasn't been caught yet, then the system is broken because he's been extensively tested previously. If the system is ****ed then something needs to be done. If the Mayweathers are SO ****ING CONCERNED about it, why aren't they trying to shape up the whole system for every boxer out there through the legal channels instead of calling the shots on a few particular fights that Floyd alone is involved in? It's disgraceful that they get away with what they do and it's worse that idiots have jumped on their crack headed, dumb founded band wagon about it all. I am not a *******, I almost dare not guess how an actual fight will pan out and like both fighters equally for their strengths. Unfortunately at rhe moment one of them is wasting those strengths and seemingly doing everything he can to avoid having to use them. The other has an impeccable list of names on his record, padded out lately with some bigger, if declining boxers as he tests himself moving up through weights. And people think it's so ****ing unreasonable to hype him and cheer him as much as they do. Hard to believe those ppl weren't born ignorant and blind!
