changing the weigh-in to have it earlier. unbelieveable. gives canelo more time to rehydrate. u just cant make this shite up. De la hoya is a snake. if rules are rules, follow them. why change it to benefit yourselves? corrupt *******s

welcome to a few months ago fools, the fight was contracted at a catchweight as matt is a welterweight and the belt got put on the line only recently.

    :huh

Shouldn't he be getting our respect for taking this fight? Fair is fair and he has every right to expect Canelo to come in at the weight they agreed upon. Who gives a **** about the belt

Everyone does that. Just like Arum moved the weigh in back for Doanaire who was having trouble shedding the weight.

Second time in a row that the wbc 154 belt is vacated and is up for a guy that has bs rating and a guy that isnt even ranked at that weight. + its a 150 catch weigh.

    ^^^This

And you know the WBC changed it to 154 so Alvarez would still be able to collect his gift title as he was not going to make 150.

I hope Hatton pulls out too.

Only way these corrupt scumbags are going to learn is if they take a hit to the pocket. Alvarez would then have to fight Ryan Rhodes at the limit for the 154 title. We'll see how keen Golden Boy would be to make Alvarez a champion then.
