    There are many points to my thread, but wat pisses me off are your mundine and danny greens are taking all the attention of the real fighters,
    the mundines and green are paper chumps, who are just padding up their legacy in australia for when they retire and it makes us look like a joke to the rest of the world, who is to blame? the media for attending the circus that these clowns put on, the fans?? cant be the fans the fans just want a hero.. they just want to see a champion.. and the media will give them 1 manipulate all they can, im not totaly dissing danny green in his early part of his career he was awsome, but his comeback siaca, briggs, and even a old has been rjj was all business ...(dont get me started on mundine) .... Y DO WE WANT DO SUPPORT FIGHTERS WHO HAVE NO OBLIGATION TO TEST THEM SELVES OR BE ON A WORLD STAGE , ESPECIALLY THOSE LIKE MUNDINE AND GREEN WHO DEMEND BIG PPV AND GET ALOT OF PUBLICITY

    Because the media shove it down the normal uneducated boxing fans throats, what else are we to expect?

    The normal Australia has no idea who Michael Katsidis and Lenny Zappavinga are, only because they dont get the time of day on the news and in the paper!

    Kostya Tszyu was treated like a God in Australia when he was the champion, Chris john isnt mentioned at all in our papers and he is an undefeated long reigning champion?

    Exactly the Publicity these blokes get for manipulated fights and Dodgey Titles is a disgrace,most educated Boxing Fans realise this and vote with there feet,but there are still a large majority of Disciples that believe the Spin,the same people would believe World Championship Wrestling is Fair Dinkum and there really is a tooth Fairy.!!!!

    I was thinking that today when listening to the sports preview for the weekend and hoping to hear news about the great fight card in MELB.....as you mentioned it would never get a plug :twisted:

    yep its a crying shame, actually heard danny and peter cronje on nova this morning promoting his show coming up in perth it was all about the fighters on the card he didnt answer any questions about himself or a comeback which was good to hear, the guy is genuinely interested in making the sport popular which sits well with me

    You leave little Soward alone.....Daves a great player and I would like to see him get passed Morris......but it wont be in this game....dragons will be too strong and will grind out a win :yep

    Maybe because he's only fought once here? He's Indonesian and mainly fights in Asia? Why would our media hop on that? He uses Perth as his training base, somehow that's not going to get the media salivating to expose' that into a story? :huh

    I should say, I'd love to see him fight here, but his market is Asia, hence why he fights there.
