    In the recent "on the ropes" interview with Freddie Roach

    His views on Amir Khan’s recent split with strength and conditioning coach Alex Ariza:

    “With Amir, Amir felt that he wanted to move on so he’s working with one of my assistant coaches who’s been here in the gym for about a year now and he’s doing a good job. Alex I paid. I paid him for the last fight just like I always do for every fight, and Amir just tried to move on with a new coach.”

    Its a disgrace when quality posters buy into this kinda crap, untill there's a source, or even one of the *******s (Nathanaliez/Marley) on the scene write up about it, it should be treated as bollocks lol

    full credit to the poster if it turns out to be true but unless you're going to have to provide more detail than that if your to be taken seriously especially when everything they're doing publically indicates the contrary...

    and as for this "i have it on good authority" business - you need to come up with something more concrete than that

    When asked recently about a possible khan/manny fight roach clearly stated that manny was "his guy" and that Manny had requested not to spar Khan for this training camp because they may face each other in the future. He seemed a lot more indifferent about Khan. I think he the whole Ariza situation has definately put Roach off Khan.

    It's well known that Roach would favour Manny over anyone.

    But have you got a source for Manny ruling out sparring with Khan because he feels he will face him in future?

    My thoughts exactly. What's the betting they're hugging each other think about their Millions 5 seconds after the final bell, after a tetchy build-up
