Don't talk to me like that, I'm not your mom.

Btw, that is a flash KD. What's your point?

    Moron.

You think I'm lying?, it was mentioned PUBLICLY before his fight with Cotto that he was Cotto's sparring partner back in the day. Don't expect me to disrespect fighters and calling someone a "sparring partner" is barely disrespectful especially when I have proof to back it up. If I would insult the fighter then yes, I am disrespectful but there is no way in hell I'm being disrespectful when I mention he was a sparring partner.

Cotto's chin isn't one of the better ones at 147, but he CAN take a good shot. He was taking flush shots from Judah and Mosley and not going anywhere. I would say he has a good chin - nothing more than that though.

When you fight in the style he does and are so offensive oriented, you're going to get hit. Cotto has been hit a lot. It's not as though he is a slick boxer who doesn't get hit, but when he does, he's rocked. He gets blasted, but takes a good shot.

It would be hard to catch cotto with that punch. I think floyd would focus on the body of cotto and right uppercuts and slipping away from the left hook that is coming...he would hook cotto off of the jab possibly...but Cotto maybe a little too slow on his feet for floyd....floyd would keep moving and cotto would have to telegraph his shots more then usual to land anything...Cotto has a damn good chance against floyd b/c of his underrated hand speed and accuracy.

I took it as though you were calling him a "sparring parter" as if he didn't belong in the same ring as Cotto. I've heard posters refer to fighters as sparring partners when they believe they are bums. But seeing that you have evidence that they were actually sparring partners, I stand corrected.

Was Mayweather TRIPLE his size?, and did you honestly see the punch Corley landed on Cotto?, did that look like an insanely powerful punch to you?, did Mayweather wobble and dance in there like he took 10 shots in a row? :huh

my point is that Cotto was rocked by Corley, didnt go down did he? no.

he was pulled down by Cotto on a flash KD also. so ur nonsense really has no merit now does it?

    Was Cotto TRIPLE his size?

I'm not trying to say Mayweather's chin is worse than Cotto's because it definitely isn't. He can take a better shot. I was just pointing out that Corley did stun Mayweather and that Corley wasn't a joke when he was world ranked. That's all...

Cotto took the shot on the temple. It wasn't on the chin and it messed up Cotto's equilibrium. Just something to point out - not trying to infer anything one way or the other.

Yes he DIDN'T know where he was and was going to get knocked down at least, not KO'd but knocked down. Cotto took the shot and his head snapped back and instantly went downwards with his legs going jelly, then he landed the lowblow and was still clearly hurt as the referee took him to the corner when Judah went down(from the lowblow). Hell, even the commentators were bashing on Judah for not taking advantage despite taking a vicious lowblow. Abdullaev didn't rock him?, I have seen BOTH Abdullaev and Maussa fights over 10 times, you want to teach me what's being rocked is?, HE DID hurt him and you can clearly hear BOTH Merchant and Lampley comment on it as Cotto went backwards looking hurt. Watch again please.

About Mayweather being hurt. Even though this has nothing to do with Cotto's chin but I'll comment anyway. Let's compare how both were rocked, shall we?, Corley lands, Mayweather is stunned and backs to the ropes with his legs still being there. Cotto, takes a punch from Corley and is wobbled badly, can't stand still, had to grab on, referee seperates and he's still rocked, backs to the ropes. If anything, Mayweather didn't look not even 1% the way Cotto did when he was hurt vs Corley, at least it wasn't .gif worthy like Cotto's. Mayweather vs Judah now, Mayweather takes a HUGE right hand from Judah in the 3rd, backs off to the ropes and slowly controls it, was stunned for like 1 second. Cotto takes an uppercut from Judah and his legs are gone(getting typical and boring, agree?) he then instantly lands a huge lowblow, whether it was intentional or not is unknown of, my opinion after watching it endless times?, yes it was intentional. Watch BOTH Mayweather and Cotto when stunned, compare please and if you claim that both looked the same then you're being biased as hell, plain and simple.

and as for everyone laughing at the Corley thing... now please shut the **** up.... your arguements have no merits anymore. yes cotto did a funny little thing with his legs but we all react different to those shots.

again, watch and shut the **** up. thank you.

Cotto's head that night was bigger than Corley's midsection, watch well please. :deal Never said Corley is a joke, just brought his name as one of the MANY that did rock Cotto, that's all. I never said Cotto took it on the chin either, read it again please, clearly said it was on the temple and didn't look like a punch that would wobble someone the way it wobbled Cotto. :good

I wasn't responding to your posts though originally- I realize you know too much about boxing to consider a prime Corley a joke and I was just throwing that out there for others who didn't know it was a punch on the temple.

Yes, Cotto did have a big size advantage.:good
