Over the last few months, I have ridiculed wlad for chosing to fight Chisora over haye. I felt that haye was making a real effort to make the fight, whereas wlad was making it as difficult as possible.

With him cancelling the Chisora fight, i am ready now to give him props for taking that step to ensure we get to see haye vs wlad.

    I have a few thoughts though on this whole situation. ASSUMING haye vs wlad actually happens;

    1. Why didnt Wlad just not sign the Chisora fight to begin with? It would have avoided a lot of trouble and would have been fairer on Del Boy aswel. I reckon its because he wanted to teach haye a lesson. wlad is clearly annoyed at haye's antics in the past and wanted maybe to get one over him?

    2. Wlad is NOT DUCKING CHISORA. im sure klit fans all agree with this. Well i think its time to accept that haye didnt duck wlad either. In my opinion, wlad is not ducking chisora, and haye did not duck wlad in the past either. Haye did not fight wlad the first time because he would NOT have gotten paid for it. understandable. he didnt fight vitali coz he got a BETTER deal from valuev. understandable. Wlad cancelled the chisora fight because he would make a lOT MORE money fighting haye. understandable. If you believe haye ducked wlad in the past, by the same logic you have to also believe wlad is ducking chisora?

    3. Haye deserves props aswel. Im genuinly annoyed at the threads stating ''haye is crawling back to wlad''. how on earth is he crawling back? He tried everything he can to make the wlad fight the last time around....wlad chose to fight chisora in april which for haye was a deal braker. Wlad's team then contacted haye and tried to make the fight for july again. NO ONE is crawling to anyone here. All i see is both guys eventually FINALLY putting their **** aside and making the fight (pac and floyd take note). as boxing fans we should be happy this is taking place at last. no-one is crawling to anyone. if floyd comes back and agrees to fight pac, is he CRAWLING back to pac? no. this crawling nonsense needs to stop

    4. Wlads treatment of Chisora isnt nice...but who GIVES A ****. We all agree Chisora never deserved the fight. We all agree wlad should not have agreed to rematch on april 30th. We all said ''wlad should stfu and cancel chisora to make the haye fight''. it seems that what hes done. Sure its unfair on Chisora. Wlad is kind of going back on his ''gentleman'' word here. But this is for the best for chisora. he had no chance against wlad. A couple more fights to season him could make a big difference to his career. a brutal 12 round beatdown would have harmed him a lot. Also. ITS DEREK CHISORA. we are getting HAYE VS WLAD. again this has to stop.

    5. Haye cancelling the wlad fight in 08 was GOOD. It annoyed a lot of us because we wanted to see the fight badly. But think of this. If wlad had beaten haye back then, we would have had a very boring last 2 years. Instead, because haye beat VALUEV and has the wba belt, we now have a proper unification fight. Wlad's biggest unification fight of his career. A real heavyweight superfight. so can we all agree the fact that haye DIDNT fight wlad back then has turned out for the good?

just a few thoughts on the whole wlad/chisora/haye love triangle

Fully agree. Haye getting a belt in the meantime caused to sweeten the pot, a great deal more, most certainly. THe two extra years of anticipation of *will it EVER happen?* has also caused the fight to be bigger, now.:good

Wlad is getting worse by the day

Said he was injured his abs for 1st cancellation then spotted playing golf

Said he could fight twice in short time obviously cant

Said he was man of his word to fight chisora again, proven Bull****

LIES aboiut why he is cancelling chisora fight, he was negotiating behind his back the entire time AFTER signing contract then re uses fake injury claim

Not bad for a few months

    WHat a disgrace

I can give him semi props because it shows he wants the fight as much as haye.

But there is no way he should have signed two contracts with derek.

Kinda sucks for Chisora. He looks like a chess pawn in all this. Poor guy wasted a couple of months giving interviews, training and paying sparring partners.

That is the point. Wald didn't like Haye doing it to him. As a Wald fan I would have to ask Wald, " WTF do it to Chrisora?" Think that needs to answered by Wald and soon. that is if the Chrisora fight is off, that is only ESB speculation at this point in time.

Officially it's down to an injury.

Admitting he cancelled it to fight Haye would be a bit awkward if that is what has happened.

Lets hope this puts and end to all of this **** about Haye "pulling out" / "ducking" etc.

    Well done???!

Why didn't he just agree to fight Haye in January if he was prepared to leave the Chisora fight?

Don't get me wrong, i'll be glad to see a Klitschko/Haye contract signed but he's been a real **** by ****ing Del Boy around like that.

Chisora will most likely fight the winner, so he's just gonna have to wait a little more.
