I think the reason Wlad signed to fight Chisora on the 30th was to get Hayes reaction. He was hoping haye would say "I'd fight you if you weren't fighting Chisora", with Haye assuming Wlad would not pull out TWICE, so he was safe with his words. However, Wlad was one step ahead of him, cancelled this fight, leaving Haye with absolutely no option now to not sign to fight in July, or else look like the biggest sissy in combat sports history. I would even guess that Chisora was in on it from the beginning, knowing that once Haye is mutilated by Wlad, he wont have to fight Haye and his British title will be safe, and then he can safely say he never shyed away from wlad like haye, and theres probably a deal in place that Chisora will be able to fight Wlad in September or October. Bye Bye Mr Haye! any thoughts...?
You made a similar post Jack when you asked whether people were happy with Wladimir droipping Chisora. It was a clear but very indirect pot shot @ Wladimir while the OP is taking a pot shot @ Haye here. Just man up and admit it rather than give us some 'spock-esque 'logical' post that's all I ask; we all have our preferred boxers.
I will believe Haye wants this fight when the bell sounds, and Haye takes his first swing, until then I believe Haye wants nothing to do with this fight, and will manuever around having to follow through. Signing is one thing, fighting is another.
i dont care who bluffed who!both need to promote this badboy, train hard, and make sure there are NO injuries-this fight must happen now without fail.
That's not true. I've always said I'm happy the Chisora fight isn't happening, but the way Wlad went about it as been wrong. My points are simple: Was it right we knew about it on ESB before Chisora? Is it right Klitschko has cancelled two contracts faking injuries? Is it right Wlad blatantly lied to his fans? Sure, you can say that the end result is a good thing, and I'd agree, but my only point is that Klitschko went about it the wrong way. I'm not annoyed he did it, but there's a huge hypocrisy not only from Wlad himself, who accused Haye of being a "*****", but also from the Klitschko fans who've insulted Haye for a long time for doing this exact same thing. It's wrong and that's the end of it. I'm not pissed off at Wlad for it or anything, but it doesn't mean us fans shouldn't be annoyed.
Haye wanted this and threatened Wlad in public making a fool of himself while Wlad was minding his business. I'd be impressed if Haye can win but it'd be funny as hell if he rolls over for Wlad.
At no point has Haye not wanted to fight Wlad, he has always believed he can beat him, that has never changed, but in Klithuggerland they see everything different :nut
