Berto. The guy who holds on for dear life against Junior Welterweights and light hitters like Collazo. I'm sure.

So what should he do now? I think this is the best option: fight easy guys for 2 years this maybe 6 fights from now and he will get hated it on because of it, but he still will only be 22 years old, from that point slowly start stepping it up against very good fighters that are on the way out then take on the top opposition, if he will be able to beat them then he will be forgiven for his earlier fights. then we will only remember the good fights.

I just think its to early to be thinking him as the next berto he is to young to get this criticism. But I understand the hate because of the title.

Alvarez is Wild and leaves himself wide open, Hatton caught him numerous times tonight. Berto doesn't get hit clean much anymore, Alvarez does, and would likely eat hard fast counters before being stopped.

    Berto 27

    Alvarez 20

Berto feasting on them cab drivers, and looking invincible makes him a monster now:huh

I'm sure hatton would have beat Berto last opponent easily as well.

yes, he is screwed from here on. I had alvarez at -10/1. when he fights someone with power he will be exposed. I have never, ever seen a prospect this protected with this much limited skill. i can almost guarantee he has been been severely hurt in sparring and possibly ko'd.

    canelo is terrible. period.

Vargas at 20 years of age would have ruined him. so would have Yory Boy Campas in the same fight.

canelo is money in the bank for boxing handicappers when he steps up in comeptition.

And since he know holds the WBC belt, there is nowhere for him to hide. For all you newbies here on ESB, Canelo is crap and will be exposed.
