    No-one is hating.

They're just saying he's not ready for the big-time yet. Which he isn't but he's only 20 and has years left to improve his skills.

Defo gonna play a part in the 154 and 160 divs in years to come. But ATM needs a bit of work.

Chavez could probably beat the crap out of Canelo in this stage of their careers.

How can anyone hate him? I love him. Exciting, hes young, still needs work. Let's not turn him into Vargas. Let him become great and stay great. Instead of being rushed.

I also dislike the title they are rushing one of my fav prospects to fast to cash on him, he needs time to be great.. but by giving him a title they are rushing him and giving him a small window to improve before fighting the elite.

i say in favor of Canelo this: he was never hurt by hatton,he didnt care getting hit because my sister hits harder. And its the reason he was careless with his defense

    That's just plain dumb.

It's one thing to hate on a fighter for whatever reasons you may have but even Stevie Wonder can see this kid has some talent.

He's definitely exciting, like I said. Still young, he got frustrated easy and the truth is, if he hit Hatton harder he would of been DQed.

To me it was accidental low blow and Saul retaliated which could of cost him the fight.

I liked him since I saw him fight on the WCB broadcast (Forgot vs who)

He's 20 with 37 pro fights which could make his body become old to the sport over night ,he got tired after the 8th round and his punches were wild ass hell tonight.

Not a chance. Jr is a big, big kid.... with a good chin, and will be putting as much leather on Canelo as vice versa. Alvarez isnt 'decapitating' anyone who isnt already on the way out of the sport.

Saul didnt do anything tonight that Chavez Jr wouldnt have done.... seriously, this is what people talk about when they say the kid is overrated. He beat MATTHEW HATTON... and he gets tons of love, if Chavez Jr would have done this it wouldnt have ment ****. Hell, Duddy is a more dangerous opponent then Hatton.... in all reality.

Saul fought the perfect opponent for his level right now, and did what he was supposed to, but the complete polarity involving the two young mexican fighters is absurd.

The two would make for a good, action packed fight, and it would be a good fight for both guys, they should make this soon. Not sure who Id favor but it wouldnt be easy eather way.

It was a good fight. I think Canelo was a bit drained. Re cutting after already cutting that much can take a lot out of you.

He needs to work on defense though. Hatton hit him cleanly quite a bit. I was excited the whole time, he is lucky Hatton lacks power though. Hatton caught him good.

I was excited when he got mad but he fought in spurts and I started to become frustrated at him, it was almost like he fought whatever Hatton wanted to do instead of taking control the whole fight/round.

Yeah, Hatton did well neutralizing Canelo by clinching a lot.. if he knew not how to clinch he would have been KO'ed good move by a good veteraon boxer in hatton with a lot of experience.
