Canelo vs Lara

I like Canelo, i swear i like him.
But i see lara capitalizing on his poor defense and getting his left hand free to connect.
It could be a good fight.

 

Of course i will root for lara being a cuban, but my final pick will be after i see the Hatton Alvarez fight and the Bundrage Lara fight.

in fairness to canelo this was at 150, he needs to be tested at 154 for a perfect image allthough the flaws are very visable.

 

Lara still to much of a question mark as a pro for me, need to see him against some decent competition.

 

I don't see Canelo walking though Lara's punches the way he did against Hatton, and Lara hits harder and is much more accurate than Hatton. Lara by TKO.

 

And canelo has faced decent competition lol

Lara is too schooled, too skilled, too slick, too accurate and too fast for Canelo. Would love to see that fight but Lara beats Canelo any day of the week, even right now.

 

But congratulations to Canelo and to all my Mexican brothers on him becoming World Champion, he is only the third Mexican to ever win a World Title at 154 pounds! And Lara will be the first Cuban!

Wooo ****. Express sure does have high hope for Lara. Only thing I think Lara is "too" much for Canelo would be in the footwork department.

Lara is the slicker fighter. Canelo is the hard puncher and more schooled fighter.

Which one is the better fighter? IDK, but I'm sure Canelo will have problems with Lara's footwork.
