Even though hes 20, Canelo is one pretty big kid  Not muscle wise so much, but just his frame, his head/jaw structure, his shoulder width, his legs.... as long as hes not one of those 'man childs' that hit their peak real early then dont grow much afterwards, hes going to be a huge 154lber in terms of presence and strength. He should keep working his strength so it will be easy for him to bully even big 154lbers in there.

Great TKO by Judah. gotta give Mabuza props for staying up though (even if the ropes did aid him). Looks like Judah will get another chance to be 140 top dog, id like to see him in with any of Maidana, JMM, Alexander or Rios if he moves up next. Not Khan or Bradley though cause i want them to fight each other.

Alos well done to Alvarez and Hatton, good performances by both lads. Alvarez wins his first world title and Hatton gave a good account for himself and deserves applause.

Kirk, the Syllakh fight shouldn't count, for two reasons. One, it wasn't in the fight list. You had that fight and the Broner fight above the fight list, but you actually put the Broner fight in the fight list itself, and left the Syllakh fight out, so some people (myself included) missed it.

Second, there is a rule we have been following for a long time:

This fight was added on Feb 28th, so only 4 days before the bout itself!

So IMO we should leave this fight out, as its not fair to the guys who made their picks early, or who didn't have the time to read the whole thread, aside from the latest fight list (which is all we are expected to do, really). Thanks kirk. :good

I don't think its fair NOT to count it since it WAS an add on and most of the guys in the league picked the add on fight and just a very few did not for what ever reason and its not like you just added it the day of the fight or the day before so this sould count fair is fair its not like its the first time you have add fights so this should be no differnt so they just have to pay attention and come and check the site more often like the rest of us.
