Off topic but I would say Atul Kochar (may be mis-spelt) is the best though not the trendiest, probably some molecular-gastronomy geek.

For instance Haye's defense sucks ****.............let's start there. Haye relies on leaving his hands down to goad an opponent in so he can counter off of whatever they throw. Vitali does this too. The difference is Vitali has the size & reflexes to make it work at Heavyweight where Haye is just too small & too crude.
