Floyd's habitual punches would cause him if they ever fight. That wide stance of his makes him vulnerable to body shots.

Fakes, Angles and unusual combinations would hit him.

 

I agree with this. Floyd is better at defense, he's the best in the sport. JMM on the other hand is better offensively, He counters with 4-5 punch combinations which enabled him to hang with Pac in two close fights. Floyd, in contrast counters with single shots and at times seems satisfied in merely potshotting to victory which will be difficult against such relentless fighter as Pac.

 

Marquez' combinations throws Pac off his rythm, Floyd's single shots will not!

Look at how Mosley tried to throw his jab to the body with the over hand right, Floyd hit him with a 3 punch combo. Floyd isn't dumb. If he can't keep Pac honest with what he is doing he will either counter with combos or get on his bike. When Floyd counters he is not there to be hit. That is how Manny knocked down Marquez. He was there to be hit. Floyd will counter and be out the way before Manny throws. Manny will stop throwing just like the rest of his opponents. If he doesn't Manny will not see 12 rounds.
