Truth = Mayweather wants full random drug tests, as he thinks Manny uses steroids, and Manny won't do them, so they can't agree a deal

Pacfan version = mass conspiracy, involving the USADA, Mayweather, Ellerbe, Malignaggi, De la Hoya, to smear Pacquiao, and block him from signing the fight that he desperately wants to badly

ya i remember somebody saying theyd do 7 days....this after floyd had said he wanted up until the fight testing in the ring after the mosley fight
