    African American style is the superior style that has allowed African Americans to dominate boxing in the last 100 years.


    Even today guys like Donaire, Pirog, Martinez, Pascal, Marquez(more back in the day not so much anymore) are pound for pound level fighters or world class fighters using a style of slick defensive counter punching popularized by African American fighters.


    The OP, you're a ***** and a moron for suggesting the best style ever created that has produced countless ATG's like Hopkin, Mayweather, Toney, Whitaker, Leonards, all the way back to Jack Johnson is somehow not the greatest boxing style ever created.

    Ask yourself dumbass why the vast majority of multi divisional champs are black fighters. Because they use a defensive highly technical strategy instead of just trying to bulldoze their opponent.

    JMM used to fight like that too when he was younger but he changed his style to be more fan friendly!

    Maybe its just me but I enjoy watching skilled sluggers!

    Dont get me wrong I still watch the dirrells and the broners of the world but I dont get excited to watch them fight unless they are fighting a slugger!

    Who the **** would be excited to see a match like Mayweather vs. matthew hatton... I mean would I watch it? Yea of course.. But it would be a shitty fight!

    I was hyped to watch mayweather-mosley because I wanted to see shane knock him out not because I wanted to see mayweather fight his way to a boring UD! :hat
