Key to this fight is the pace manny will fight at. I see mayweather tagging pacquiao early with a counter - this will make manny think about what he is going to do and how he will set up his combos thus slowing him down and reducing his output. landslide floyd decision. Judah also is a natural counter puncher who picks his shots better than Pac with the ability to beat PBF to the punch something Pac doesn't do or have. Zab worked behind his jab, picked his shots and looked to counter PBF. He didn't go in balls to the wall he was patient almost trying to outbox PBF when he was having success early something Pac won't and can't do. PBF was troubled by Zab due to Zab's handspeed advantage with his ability to beat him to the punch being they key so he had to respect it and find another way. That's why IMO that win was so impressive because Zab held the stylistic advantage in that fight and had the hand speed advantage and PBF still overcame it. I agree that PBF is more effective in the shoulder roll but is still great at using the high guard. He knew Zab doesn't like pressure and brought it by walking zab down behind a high guard yet another reason why PBF is so great the ability to adjust to all styles.

 

You can't beat Floyd by trying to box with Him like Shane and Marquez did. Combinations give him trouble because he is very defensive and has a tendency to neglect his offense.

He is a counter puncher. That is why a guy like Paul Williams will never beat Floyd. Look at the Chavez fight. Chavez threw 100 punches a round and got countered every single time.
