He's flawed. On purpose. It really wouldn't be in Pac's best interest to be completely correct in his technique (in regards to things like keeping his hands completely up in order to protect his chin, patterned head movement, etc.), because those openings to hit Pacquiao are there, except Pac and Roach know this, and it's all basically just bait. There's a reason why no one wanted to train Pacquiao when he first came to America. Freddie Roach was literally his last resort.
