Yes - it's quite obvious why Vitali's name is mentioned in this contract, and there's a reason K2 publicly announced that Wlad may be too injured to fight.

It's going to be Haye - Wlad

Whats the usual healing timeframe for the type of injury Wlad has?

I imagine the contract is for Wlad vs Haye, but with a Klitschko guarantee. No matter what, a K-Bro gets to fight Haye. Not a bad insurance policy for K2 or Haye to be honest. Both sides get their payday and unification shot. I actually wouldn't be shocked if Haye asked for this to insure he gets a big fight; keeps either of the K-bros from sticking it to him.

If Haye wins, he then gets to move on to brother the second. More money, more belts, more attention for boxing.

I don't personally think he will win, tbh.

    Is this true? :rofl
I mean you were blaiming Adamek that he signed the contract where is written that Klitschkos will chose which one will fight with him not later than 3 months before the fight. Now you cant defend your boy, who signed even worse contract. Very funny :lol:

If he faces vitali, it would be like valuev all over again

I dont aree with Haye or Adamek signing the contrat where it could be either of them, Its shows the way K2 negotiate. If Haye/Adamek didint meet these terms, The Klits would pull the fight and blame others.

    Its a discrace

Correct but Vitali is alot better than Valuev, i dont see Haye engaging with Vitali half as much as he would with Wlad, personally i see him stopping Haye

I understand this. I am just laughing that Jack blamed Adamek a few days ago that he signed the contract with not specified brother. And now Haye did the same and even on the worse terms (Adamek 3 month before the fight will know which brother he fights) :good

Don't like the contract? Simple. Beat them so you can dictate terms! The Klitschkos control the division until then.

    Oh, so you're a Klit fan rather than a boxing fan. I see . . .

I agree that it's good for boxing. But I can't agree that simply being a champ in any division should allow you to hold the title to ransom with unprecedented contractual terms, which is what you implied in your last post. That's not good cor boxing in the long run.

Eventually these unprecedented terms become the norm and boxing becomes even more of a mess. I just think that in general boxing contracts need greater regulatory control - at the moment as long as the governing bodies get their slice of the pie they couldn't give a **** who signs what

Well I doubt we'll see two brothers dominate a division like this again so it's probably not something to worry about long-term

Maybe in Bobby Pacquiaos next fight, if he dosent really fancy it he should agree to the fight but if hes ''injured'' around fight time, his opponent should face Manny for the same money, seems fair.

That's what I am thinking. Nobody can stop Haye from pulling out of the fight with some injury excuse if Wlad pulls out first.

If Haye was a real man, Wlad would fight the odd rounds and Vitali the even.
