In all honestly defamation lawsuits are not ALWAYS easy...most are hard to win. But Floyd just completey ****ed himself and his team have only continued to make the case AGAINST them. So the reason the lawsuit hasn't been dismissed is b/c there's a legitimate case that will make it in front of a judge. I'm sure the high priced lawyers can continue to get delays and extentions for a little longer but eventually it will got to court. And it doesn't look good for GBP or Floyd.

Keep wondering as all your doubt will help the court case against your hero (some people have low standards).

That's what's pathetic, why would you go through the hassle of suing someone, wasting time, money, for a suit you aren't going to win...as opposed to taking the test and beating the man's ass? It's the ultimate ***** move, and I were Floyd I would bring the "settlement" if he were to lose (which he won't, but if...) in straight ****ing cash, and smile right in Manny's ****ing face as I tossed blocks of Hundreds on his lap. "Here's your money *****, maybe you can take some of my cash and buy yourself a needle and thread so you can sow your ***** up, you ****ing ******."

It might be. This is still pretty early. Surviving a motion to dismiss isn't that difficult - especially when you have an idiot like Mayweather Sr. saying stupid ****.

A better question is WHY would anyone try this hard to avoid making a boat load of paper by spreading unfounded and damaging rumors that he never could, nor ever wanted to support with facts, evidence or any reliable sources to back up the claims.

The reason why 99% of the public call Floyd a coward, liar and a duck is b/c he's creating all the hurdles preventing this fight from happening. So while his mouth says one thing his mouth and actions PROVE his mouth can't be trusted.

A "***** trait" is someone who talks TOO much. we all had women who couldn't shut the **** up and they gossip, spread rumors and most of the time they never prove that **** true. Floyd's got this womanly trait about him that has been exposed. And this isn't a common thing for Floyd. He usually is all about fighting b/c he knows he can win and with that comes what he loves most... MONEY. But we found out that his undefeated record "TRUMPS" his love for Money.

If $50Mill can't get Floyd's ass in the ring.....he jsut ain't getting in that ring with Manny...period.

There is no merit to the lawsuit, Pacquiao has to prove that there was intent by Mayweather Jr. to damage his reputation.......

Mayweather simply has to state the truth.
"I was suspicious for X reasons, and I privately put forth a stipulation in our negotiation sessions for better modernized legitamate drug testing. The reason why the issue became public was that the media and public was owed an explanation as to why the fight was not being made.
The truth came out, I demanding, and he refusing OSDT testing is why the fight did'nt happen."

......after this, the tiff between the fight not happening then becomes public record, and the media wants to ask both sides for their side of it.

Even if Mayweather said out loud he thinks Pacquiao is a PED user, its his proffesional opinion as a boxer.
Both are public celibrities besides being boxers, and what goes on in negotiations becomes public.

The case was'nt dismissed on all counts because the court is williing to have Pacquiao bring in the evidence that what Mayweather did was with Malicious intent for the sole purpose of damaging his reputation.

Pacquiao will never prove that, and at the end of it, Pacquiao is the one that will end up having to pay his own cost for the trial, and Mayweather's....as the loser of the case ends up paying court and lawyer costs on both sides.:deal:deal:deal

What Irony. If Pac wins the lawsuit in a way that dents Floyd's financial picture he will have a better chance to get Floyd in the ring. and a win vs Mayweather if Manny dominates Shane would put him in serious conversation as one of the best of all time.

Jesus, Pac is just constantly DUH WINNING

First and foremost 99% of people don't believe ****, so you are establishing that you are the kind of motha****er that just makes **** up in hopes that it "sounds good", which erodes any credibility that you may have had to begin with.

Floyd creating "all the hurdles", he asked the man to take OSDT, WTF is the problem? "All the hurdles", like what...asking another professional athlete to take the same PED tests that you are going to take? It's ****ing stupid that you would suggest this is a "hurdle"...I mean WTF.

What actions are you referring to, his act of compromising on essentially every aspect of negotiations, taking it a step further and actually cooperating with a mediator to work things out, was not dishonest throughout the process, and did everything he could to make the fight happen. It was Pac's team that refused drug testing, lied repeatedly about it (documented, not opinion), and immediately walked and signed to fight Clottey instead...this was over 24 days BTW, but now that there's no negotiations he'll take them in between rounds...lol, Ok.
