I can tell you don't know **** about proving a case such as this just runing off at the mouth as usual. It's not easy and Pac has less than a 10% chance of wining it. Check how many cases like this that get brought to court and how many times the plantiff actually gets awarded anything. Freedom of speech is a mother****er.:deal

you're stupid if you think the lawsuit was because Floyd asked for additional testing.

Do your own research Lance. Figures instead of admitting Pac has a frivolous lawsuit you jump down my throat. You never cease to amaze me.:-(

Jesus Christs Pimp....:patsch Spare me the hurt feeling. YOU are the one trying to bust out stats like you know something. "Less then 10%..." where'd you get that? Well, we both know where you got that. OUTTA YOUR ASS like the other **** you say that stinks.

You have no room to call it frivolous, since you obviously have no clue. And you try to use that "Freedom of speech" **** as your reason. Yeah, go yell fire in a theater, or bomb in an airport, see how that 'freedom' woks out...

The facts of the matter is, Pac sued because of false, or unproven accusations about him that could lead to a loss of income, one that he has a right to. THAT is how it works, which you really have no clue about.

Hell, you STILL THINK Floyd has never hit a women, how the **** can you be taken serious. :patsch

I doubt there are any lawyers on here, but these types of lawsuits really are very hard to win. Anybody saying so-and-so is going to be broke as a joke after trial is really wrong. Just because the case isn't dismissed just means it can still go to trial, but has nothing to do with damages.

Since Pac is a public figure he will have to prove actual damages (based on earnings it will be hard to prove monetary impact) and will have to prove that Floyd and his crew knew what they were saying was false. Thats usually the deal breaker when these go to trial. It is very difficult to prove that they "knew" pac was clean and said it anyway. All they have to say is I honestly believe what I said.

This is the reason why tabloids can smear celebrities without consequence. This trial is based more off of Pacquaio wanting to make a statement and not getting paid by Golden Boy and the Mayweathers.
