David Haye... Lineal Champion?

    You should take this up with wikipedia, just transfer the photo into paint, and replace it with the IBO strip whited out. Although I have to say, it is hard to argue with the IBO's judgement post 2000.

    It is a low profile sanctioning body, but at least its not one of those stupid little body's that calls James Toney the HW champion of the world.

    WTF is "lineal belt" ... anybody who holds the WBA belt is supposed to be lineal champion ? ... Even SNV?

    i dont care. thats what they want your to think. they want you to think as if its a recognizable belt. 4 belts per division are more than enough.

    The NBA belt held by Jack Dempsey and passed down through various champions is (to all intents and purposes) the same WBA belt held by Haye.

    The NBA changed its name to the WBA in the 60's.
