I just saw the Lopez vs Concepcion fight. According to Ring Magazine, round 1 is round of the year, well im not a fan.. I saw lots of boxing in 2010, and definitely better rounds then that.

Lopez outboxes Concepcion, great style and speed. and this is just my opion, Concepcion dosn't bring much to the table except for a lucky punch in the end...

anyone who agree/disagree or someone who has a better choici for round of the year?

Last, How does Ring Magazine choose round of the year, do they nominate round, is it by majority from voting?

Hope for good debate, and maybe some new ideas for best rounds, which would be great to check out on youtube...

One of the rounds from Lopez-Marquez. I think the one where Rafa hurt Juanma.

The 12th round of Hugo Cazares vs Nobuo Nashiro II should have won it.

Lopez-Marquez round 4 was the one where Lopez got hurt. He also got a point deducted I believe.

I personally thought Marquez-Katsidis round 3 was Round of the Year. I also thought that the later rounds of Khan-Maidana (the ones where Khan is hurt) was also a good contender. That shot that Concepcion did to Lopez was a lucky punch.

Calderon vs Segura round 6 was immense. Better than Lopez - Concepcion round 1 without a doubt.

There was also a really good round in Mares vs Perez, but I can't remember which exact one it was.

Khan/Maidana have fight of the year on lock. That fight was crazy exciting.

Both good choices, but I'd go with Kessler/Froch. There was no defense in that round. :ko
