Warren seems to have something against the place. He never even seems to take it into account. It's always Wembley, Excel or a football ground he talks about, although anything at Excel wouldn't be big enough to the the 02 to be fair bt you get the point.
I think O2 is very expensive to hire, as it's the more popular venue in the world (owned by the same people who own Staples Center). FW like venues that are cheaper, If these fights were at O2, the tickets would be more expensive. By having the night at Loftus Road, it will keep ticket prices down - although a football stadium is not ideal I agree.
Yeh if you wanna make money out of the 02 you need to sell it. its high risk high reward. could say the same about a stadium though. London is just a tough sell to. I live her and it would take me 2 hours minimum to get there and back.
Yeah I have the same problem too, wherever in London it is it will take around 2 hours journey time each way.:yep
still takes 2 hours to get home from there. whens this press confrence??? Groves says on his facebook big news coming soon.
£15 a ticket ? that's great value!they're at last double that usually! or have i got something wrong?......... :think looks a great line up and sooo easy to get to. one thing i'd say about qpr is that the stands are very tight to the pitch v. steep plus being smaller you should be able to get a decent view. went to the mitchell-katsidis fight at whu and it was a shiite view miles from the ring, plus as someone else said it was like the east end knuckle draggers and morons annual night out
I hope its at Loftus Road, I go every other week to watch football, would be nice to watch boxing there. also due to the way the stadiums built the atmosphere will be electric.
