This matchup looks to be meant to make Haye look bad, just like putting him up against someone like Marciano. I don't like Haye at all, but it isn't fair. You also don't put Wlad up against Prime Tyson.
Cant compare fighters of different eras. Better modern training,nutrition etc,etc,etc. Babe Ruth was a great player but do you think he'd survive in a modern major league team? Would Wilt Chamberlain be able to compete with Shaq? Etc,etc,etc,etc,etc.

Exactly this! Check out Dempseys high guard for example...he wouldn't be a journeyman in the modern era...and he was smaller than Haye to.
