I did this thread the other day with regards to how haye would do against the contenders of the 70's hw division.i personally dont think he'd fayre too well neither did most of you.how do you think wlad would do against the same crop.i think there are a few that would give wlad fits, whats your view?
aside from Ali and maybe Foreman(he was the biggest 6'3½ and heaviest 220 among 70s elite fighters), Wlad is to big(6'6½, 250 pounds of muscle) to smart, to skilled for the 70s fighters
On the other hand you could say the 70's fighters where more athletic and could go a full 15 rounds, plus there where a good few bangers around who would have more than enough to put wlad away.certainly better than anyone he has on his resume to date
If Corrie Sanders ***** slapped him around what do you think 70's top 10 would do to him? Wlad would maybe crack top 25, at the bottom.
Ali got ***** slapped by Spinks, a fighter with only 6 pro fights Spinks git ***** slapped by a debut fighter Liston got ***** slapped by Leotis Martin Foreman got beat by a 210 pound fighter who has 19 losses and a KO% of less than 20 Frazier is 5'11 and overweight at 200 pounds oh maaaan! Wlad would eat these guys alive!:deal
hysterical.can you imagine the look on wks's face if liston was in there with him.wlad would be getting stretchered out of there
atsch :rofl:rofl:roflatsch To be fair man, Frazier, Ali, Foreman and Holmes weren't contenders, they all ended up being champions.
they dont allow fighters to stand on a box during the staredown. 70s fighters are overrated, they had more Lip and Don King, than actuall skill
