I'm getting good at this :yep

If he beats the Klits I'll just see him like I do Andrew Flintoff to be honest..... someone who is good but just don't like.

I've never come out and said Haye is shite, because he's not..... I'd be going into Danny Cipriani territory there - someone who is ****, overrated and a **** to boot.

    :good

Yep. Haye says he dreamed of being world champ as a kid and I don't doubt it. As a kid you don't dream of the money, you dream of the achievement and that stays with you. You watch your heroes and you want to emulate them. I think Haye really wants to prove he's the best and that's as important to him as the money, it would be to me. Who wants to be remembered as an under achiever, a gold digger or a coward?

I don't personally think he cares what you think of him as a coward, gold digger, under achiever or the second coming of Tyson and Ali rolled into one, haters gone hate as they say and people will hang off his nuts around him even if he gets starched in the first by Wlad. At the end of the day the dude has become the cruiserweight champion and and alphabet heavyweight champion. He can be proud of his achievements in life no matter what happens.

There is one reason and one reason only this fighting is happening, money well actually on second thoughts I'll concede him becoming the undisputed HW chamion must hold some appeal but is insignificant compared to the money, imo. However the fight was always going to happen, it was to big not to, if Floyd can fight on after this court crap is out the way he will fight Pacquiao for the exact same reason. It's all about the money now, Rafael is a complete idiot if he really thinks for even one single second Haye has done it because of the fans or the haters.

He pulled out of fighting Wlad before because of the money, he fought Valuev instead of Vitaly because that way it gets him more money now when he fights Wlad and despite fighting an idiot in Audley, he's made a **** load of money off it probably more than any other fight he has had (maybe with the exception of the Valuev fight). Love Haye or hate him, he's played the game very well, the hardcore boxing fans might hate him... but they're still gonna pay to see him fight Wlad and if he wins that, Vitaly to. Haye has done the smart thing and maximised his revenue, we might not like him for it but I can't say I'd of done any different, could you?

No, in truth I couldn't. Provided he goes through with this fight.

I'm surprised a company like ESPN allow him to attach their name to his witless ramblings. He's a complete gobshite.

I suppose it depends on the individual. Believe it or not, not everyone is motivated entirely by money. Maybe Haye doesn't give a **** what the punters think, although I don't believe that because of his ego, but he has to look at himself in the mirror. Without fighting either Vitali or Wlad, Haye knows damn well that he hasn't tested himself against the best the heavyweight division has to offer.
