Klitschko-Haye: An absurd mismatch and hype job

If you were fighting a guy weighing 7 stone more than you, how would you fight him ?. Please, im intrigued :huh

 

It's ****in' comical that people actually criticize Haye for the manner in which he fought Valuev. Not only was it proven that he broke his hand the next day on National Television, but the man in-front of him was outrageously taller, outrageously bigger than he was. Agenda driven clowns.

 

How will Haye not accept a clinch? I am afraid he will have no choice when the bigger Klitschko leans in, turns him, and ties him up anytime Haye tries to get in range and fire anything productive.

Wladimir has improved techinically, and he is not nearly the more wild and exciting fighter he once was. He waits on his bigger shots, and jabs the night away. His defense has improved greatly, and that is why everybody calls him boring, because he won't engage.

I didn't say this was going to be a one sided beat down. I said I heavily favor Wladimir to win this, as I have no seen anything from Haye, other then some speed and power, that indicate he can easily beat Wladimir. And speed and power alone won't win you a fight against a very skilled and tough opponent.. especially if the speed advantage isn't that great at all, and the power advantage... well lets just say that the power advantage is Klitschkos as well.

Haye isn't even all that faster then Wladimir. For the big guy Wladimir is, Haye will have lots of trouble with his movement... especially when you compare Wlad to Hayes most recent opposition.

haye cannot fight on the inside.frazier,marciano,dempsey,tyson..they would all punish brutally valuev on the inside

 

Haye has rarely been the smaller man in any of his fights, he is 6.3 after all. Of the top of my head only Harrison ( a joke of a man ) and of course Valuev were bigger.

 

I think it's irresponsible to ignore the facts. David Haye broke his hand early on in his fight with Valuev as a result of landing a right hand on the big man's dome. Not that I would see any reason to doubt Haye, but he showed his hand to the public the day after the fight, and it looked swollen. Likewise, considering Valuev was literally twice the size of the Brit, I think it was a wise move to dart in and out from range, only he was far more inactive than usual as a result of the injury he sustained.

It was sub-par performance. He was hampered, and the man in front of him posed physical obstacles. I can't see Frazier performing very well with a broken left hand.

Boxing is about hitting and not getting hit. Haye bettered Valuev on both counts, regardless of how slim or wide the margin was. He would have been an idiot to stand toe-to-toe with SNV, especially with a broken hand.

 

Exactly. There's a double standard here. Wladimir often fights one handed even when his booming right is in perfect working order.

 

Same size as Barret and macrenelli, god love him, but I have never seen such a scrawny 6'4 boxer in all my life. In theory he should be well suited to light heavy now that he has moved down there.

 

Irregardless if it's a HYPE job, mismatch or not . . . it's a unification fight . . . and it's a fight that fans wanted.

Save your rant and wait for the action and the results.

 

There might not be anything on Hayes resume that shows he can beat Wlad (Apart from 23 KOS on 25).......But there are things on Wlads resume thats shows that Haye can beat him
