Where to start. I guess with the Pac comparison. The guys Pac beat at the smaller weights were elite. The guys Haye beat have names even some of the most ardent boxing fans would give a quizzing look at their mention. Then...
he stepped up and beat a guy that a 137-year old Holyfield had just beat.

A way past-his prime never has been in Barrett. (props for taking three rounds longer than Cliff Clouser to get rid of him)

    John Ruiz:-(

And then a staring contest with Harrison, who took some good shots, but then went down after three four punches to his left forearm. And he finished on his feet. The guy that Michael Sprott sent to lala land took three or four flush shots from Haye and finished standing up.

You know the difference. Wlad - 2000 - 24-year old, once beaten, never stopped Barrett

    Haye - 2008 - 32-year old, six losses, stopped three times-Barrett

I don't know much about you predator, but that was a straight-up troll post.

Yup, Haye's glass jaw is getting shattered as soon as he steps in the ring with the Klits.

Bottom line you are talking yourself into looking like a jackass if you remotely buy that Haye is going to beat Wlad. What's Haye gonna do...stand outside and box the man? Try to get inside and eat jabs and rights until he's discouraged? I mean are you banking on him landing a lucky punch and suddenly knocking Wlad out? I mean, lets get real the Wlad jab and straight right is gonna pound Haye into submission. It's not as if Haye can say "**** it, I'm getting inside no matter what" his jaw is just as weak as Wlads, he can't risk getting hit like that. This is going to be a "let down" of a fight, with Wlad winning a clear decision and/or getting a late stoppage. Haye has a 10-15% chance of winning this fight, at the most.

I don't buy this. Haye's not gonna' take out Wlad with one punch. What evidence is there that Haye possesses this kind of power?

    It's a mismatch.

OK then how about VITLAY taking longer to beat Danny Williams than Sanil Sam did :huh

Or WALDO taking longer to beat Rahman than Lewis did, despite fighting a completely shot to **** version?

Of course you'll call it trolling but I'm just pointing out meaningless stats like you did.

I agree with you. But can Haye do it, that is the question. This will be his real test at heavyweight, In my eyes he has not yet been tested. I think Wald wins in 6-7, earlier if Haye gets clumsy trying to take Wald out early, But, I can't see Haye having the guts to just go for it. Before the Haye fans jump all over me. This is my thoughts.

    Peace

    You sure ?

Lewis needed six months and twenty five days.

It took Wlad just 21 minutes and 44 seconds.

    :yep

Lewis was fighting the young hungry fighter that had just KO'd Sanders.

How long has it taken WALDO to beat Sanders? About 8 years and counting, I think is the answer to that one.

    Thanks for playing though :deal

That wasn't the point you (incorrectly) made though, was it ?

    Decent try, but...

Lennox need two attempts, hence... You was wrong.:yep

You missed the point entirely as usual.

Lewis avenged his defeats, he didn't get his brother to do it for him, and he avenged them well because he trained properly the 2nd time.

Now let's look at WALDO's defeats shall we? 2 of them remain unavenged despite all the excuses in the world being made for him when he lost. Lewis never made excuses or dodged people, he fought them again and prevailed. WALDO didn't, he just carried on making excuses and letting big brother take care of business - he even let big brother face big bad Lennox for him and when the inevitable loss happened WALDO ran for the hills, all we heard was "rematch the guy you alread beat the **** out of"

As I said, Nice try but epic failure, sack swinger :hi:

The Rahman thing is easy. Wlad is nowhere near as good as Lewis was. Which sort of aids my point.

And I notice that you only start calling stats meaningless when they begin to prove you're outlook wrong.

I disagree on some of your points. Haye has a good chance against Wlad, this is not a mismatch. A fast, powerfull, and good moving boxer/counterpuncher like Haye will give Wlad issues. You can't stand in front of Wlad on the outside and wait for him to hit you. You gotta use lateral movement and counter when Wlad paws or just reaches with the jab. You also have to quickly cut the distance and come in on Wlad using explosive punches.

When someone attacks Wlad, he still has a tendency to step straight back, and even keep his hands down while doing so. He also doesn't move his head so that means that you can hit him flush if you have the speed and nuts to attack consistently and intelligently. I believe that Haye has to mix boxing with aggression to keep Wlad guessing and make him be cautious.

Someone with Haye's speed should definitely be able to get in on Wlad and do something on the inside. The only thing Wlad can do on the inside is hold, but there should be some openings for uppercuts.

Wlad has looked like a monster in some of his fights because his opponents stand in line to be hit, right in front of him, or back up to the ropes and let him get full extension on his jab and cross. A lot of his opponents also didn't have the athleticism and intelligence to fight back the proper way. Haye brings some intersting things to the table, and I believe Wlad will get tested in this fight.
