What Is The Klitschkos Fear In Having The Haye Fight In England?

They will probably cash in more money if the fight happens in Germany; and Gaye pretty much failed to secure a big venue in England for that date.

It is a small part about if it goes to a decision, but also having all the fans cheer for Haye- it affects concentration. If they knockout Haye the crowd will be upset. I think they want to relax and fight a focused fight without crowd problems and noise. I personally would love for Haye to win, but it is not a fair fight. I think the Klitchkos have all the advantage, so having it in England would be fine, but they want it all. The Klitchkos (either of them) are too big anyway. Haye needed 3 years of fighting the Rahman and Ruiz type guys to get more experience and timing. Haye would have needed it. Even a rematch with Valuev would have helped.

 

This is just pre-emptive excuses for why Haye will lose the fight. I've never seen so much complaining about a fight being made that everyone wants to see, and it's all coming from Haye fans. Haye signed the damn contract, gets a fat retirement check, and he's not complaining.

They have ZERO confidence their man will win, and four months away, the excuses are all streaming in.

As far as gloves go it's an old old boxing tradition to let the champ pick the gloves, so it's quite surprising to see a question like this from someone who considers himself a boxing fan. Besides, both Klitschko and Haye have been using Grant gloves for a long time, so this should be a non-issue from the start. But I guess a boxing fan should have known this anyway, so another suprise here.

Why make something up when it is not true! Haye is the biggest thing in British boxing right now and could fill any stadium vs Wlad!

Boxing tickets are generally cheaper in Germany too... not much difference though.

Tickets in vegas for big fights are much much higher but obviously only can fit about 14,500 people in.

 

Wlad is THE champ he should be able to call the shots.

He barely sells tickets to his fights, trust me Haye is the biggest thing in british boxing right now, he is fighting someone who everyone knows and is seen as the biggest fight in Europe right now!

This fight will sell out anywhere! There will prob be at least 10,000 Haye fans over in Germany, how many Klit fans do you think they could bring to the UK?
