Kinda got blitzed by a second job offer a few days ago, working two jobs now (I get up at 3am, switch jobs at 8am, and finish the day at 7pm, by the time I get home its bedtime lol).... this is my second day so still getting used to it. Sunday and Mondays are my days off, so those will be the days that the major updates will be happening, and then I will do what I can throughout the week. HOWEVER, that is only for this week, my schedule will become more time friendly this upcoming tuesday, so things will go back to normal then. I got the Featured Fight page just about done, will be up soon. The overall rankings and updates wont be out until this sunday, with last weeks and this weeks totals finalised.
And the worst part.... I am now going to miss the fights this weekend, and every fight until I find a different job 6pm to 6am on fri and sats..... :-(

Martinez vs Dz page will be up tomorrow evening. Its not going to be as nice as Id like because theres not as much coverage on this nice lil fight.
03/12 - Powel Wolak vs. Yuri Foreman 03/12 - Joshua Clottey vs. Calvin Green 03/12 - Michael Jennings vs. Gary McMillan 03/12 - Jonathan Victor Barros vs. Miguel Roman 03/12 - Andy Kolle vs. Avtandil Khurtsidze 03/12 - Ricky Burns vs. Joseph Laryea 03/12 - Sergio Gabriel Martinez vs. Sergiy Dzinziruk 03/12 - Miguel Vazquez vs. Leonardo Zappavigna 03/12 - Miguel Angel Cotto vs. Ricardo Mayorga 03/12 - Raul Garcia vs. Donnie Nietes WOLAK UD BARROS UD BURNS SD MARTINEZ TKO VAZQUEZ UD COTTO TKO DID ALL THOSE FIGHTS REALLY FALL THROUGH.........KIRK, CAN YOU TELL ME IF I'M MISSING ANY
Powel Wolak vs. Yuri Foreman- Yuri Foreman by UD Jonathan Victor Barros vs. Miguel Roman- Miguel Mickey Roman by KO Ricky Burns vs. Joseph Laryea- Ricky Burns by UD Sergio Gabriel Martinez vs. Sergiy Dzinziruk- Sergio Martinez by UD Miguel Vazquez vs. Leonardo Zappavigna- Miguel Vazquez by UD Miguel Angel Cotto vs. Ricardo Mayorga- Miguel Cotto by KO Starting off with the Ricky Burns-Joesph Laryea fight. Laryea is very much an unknown. Just know of his last fight versus Paul Appleby that he won by SD. Burns is at home and is on a roll. So, I've got Burns winning by UD. I've got Yuri Foreman winning by UD as well. Better footwork better boxer all around while Wolak doesn't have the skills to compete with Foreman. I've got Foreman winning a wide UD. Then we got the big fights for the weekend. We'll start off with Cotto-Mayorga which should be a blowout, but entertaining fight nonetheless. I've got Cotto by midround stoppage. Martinez-Dzinziruk should be a nice technical fight. Really looking forward to seeing these two great boxers battle it out with their minds and their fists. I've got Martinez winning by a pretty close decision. He's on fire and Dzinziruk has never really been pushed and really been tested where he has to show massive heart. I think we will get to see what he's made out of in this fight, but I've got Martinez winning by UD.....also Dzinziruk has Buddy "Have some water, baby" McGirt. Fight I'm really looking forward to is this one Miguel Roman and Jonathan Victor Barros. Roman tough as nails power puncher that is always on moving forward. Barros a very skilled fighter. I've got Roman wearing down Barros and knocking his ass out....and hopefully Roman will because Roman will kick his ass, that's a fact...it's just whether or not will he get a decision there. So, I'm hoping Roman just knocks him out and gets the win rather than leaving it in the judges hands. Pretty ironic, just last year Escalante beat Roman, and a year later Roman has worked his way up and has a title shot. Crazy how things change in a year. Miguel Vazquez-Leo Zappavigna. Great fight, again another fight I'm really looking forward to. I said this last year about Vazquez and I think it is worth repeating Vazquez has 3 losses in his career, but not one at 135, which is looking like his ideal weight. His first lost was in his debut against Saul Alverez...yes THAT Saul Alverez. He lost at 140 in a 4 round SD. He then won 18 in a row, before losing to Timothy Bradley at 140. He then rattled off another 3 wins in a row before losing to Saul Alverez yet again. He went the distance with Saul at Welterweight (both fighters weighed in at 148, though) now he has gone down to 135 and has had success with his last big win coming against Bredis Prescott, where he outclassed and schooled Prescott. I see Zappa as a better version of Kim, but I still think the same outcome will happen, Vazquez by wide UD. Vazquez is crafty, his whole life he has been fighting crude sluggers, power punchers and has always done well...except for the two fights against Saul who is turning out to be a future star, and that was above his ideal weight of 135. I've got Vazquez winning by wide UD.
The Cotto vs Mayorga is going to break the most onesided pick record from the Bradley vs Alexander bout. Don't know what the Martinz bout is going to do (much closer bout imo)
