Pacs handwraps

    I was watching a mui tai special the other night and was surprised when. I saw a fighter twisting fabric not gauze, fabric, and making a rope like thing and wrapping it in between the knuckles, then they said it adds to the power. Then I remembered Garcia protesting pace wraps for having golden colored strings in his wraps and I also know pac did mui tai, its kinda suspicious but then again is it legal to wrap like that?


    And I ain't a pac hater fyi. U can rewatch the pre fight yourself if you doubt me.

    How is it stupid? Tai fighters wrap their hands different. Pac was a tai fighter who also wraps his own hands. U following? Garcia was complaining about golden colored ropes. Now the q is are they legal had he draped them that way. Damn you fans are so sensitive.

    I recall hearing Emmanuel Steward stating that it is technically illegal. Margarito was also guilty of a rule infraction by consuming illegal beverage before the fight. But I guess nobody seems to make a big deal out of either incident. They were pretty much swept under the rug.

    I'm not sure what to make of Pac's wraps. If it's an illegal procedure then he shouldn't be able to get away with it. But because of his reputation perhaps he gets a special benefit - kinda like when NBA stars can get calls their way. Will be interesting to see how Nazim Richardson reacts to Pac's handwrapping process.

    pac didn't do anything illegal. Garcia was playing head games and the commish called him out on that.

    i think youve got some picture in your head of manny as ong bak or something do you not think if he was operating illegally somebody would have not noticed in the last 50 odd fights?
