    jim watt except williams too handle sergio with ease, he starts off thinking williams is starting slow, then thinking he isn't 100% there then noticing how good sergio is.I doubt anyone knew how good sergio was before this fight

    Yeah that's why it's a shame because Richard was looking really promising then was derailed by a future p4p star. Couldn't get any unluckier really.....but end of day we moan when our fighters don't fight tough comp and when they do we still moan :lol:...but just a shame really. Richard was classy fighter but Sergio was all wrong for him.

    Yeah Sergio got better and the first fight broke Richard's confidence. Richard was a nice guy but i think mentally he couldn't handle the manner of that defeat. Richard couldn't read this guy or deal with him. Just one fighter you didn't want on your rise to top is a guy like Sergio. Where's the line of stiff's and knock-overs when you need em'!!!!...

    sergio seems to be less of a counterpuncher back then more of a jabber then now.williams never really recovered from those fights and stone retired afterwards

    Yeah i'm looking forward to re-watching this Sergio compared to now. Brilliant to watch the evolution of fighters. Back then i just thought Richard was shown up as a domestic level fighter. No one could of foretold that Sergio would go on to become one of best not only around his weight but p4p.
