They definitely should. This fight would put interest back into H/W Boxing.

And the great thing is, the winner would become an instant WorldWide star.

Fight Camp 360 is a good show but if it was limited to two fighters, it wouldn't work nearly as well as 24/7 does. Everything about 24/7 is better, though the variety with having six fighters makes Fight Camp 360 easier to watch.

As for a Wlad/Haye one, it won't happen. Neither has a name in America, so it wouldn't make money. A countdown would be better, I think.

Has it been confirmed the fight will be on HBO?

You know the whole HBO 24/7 thing was Mayweathers idea right?....it was such a good idea that they chose to continue with it on other fights

They should, I mean this would be the biggest heavyweight fight in a long time, since Vitali's comeback or Vitali-lewis

they should do something to help sell the fight, there are no other big heavy weight fights out there are any that are expected to be big within the foreseeable future. People know who wlad is because of TMZ and haye has a big mouth so they could promote it well if they tried

An it's not like they have totally dull characters to promote, with boring, untinteresting backgrounds. They got a nice back story that they can further explore and document and present to the world.

Both are pretty smart for boxers, they look good on TV, and one of them has the potential to be an excellent **** talker and instigator and fan the flames of interest and controversy and attract general sportswriters attention.

They should, Haye has links with Golden boy doesn't he? surely their job is to help promote him in the US. A 24/7 makes COMPLETE sense.

I assume you mean for a US audience?

I get where you're coming from, but I think it would be a huge mistake for HBO to not make the most out of this occasion. Despite there not being a US fighter involved, this fight can be a well talked about fight in the US if they commit to it like they do for others.

I mean, they had enough money to make Jones-Calzaghe 24-7, didn't they? Yes, Jones was an American fighter, but even then, he was a washed-up has-been that hadn't been relevant for a number of years. If they deemed it ok to make a 24-7 for that, then they should see the same for Wlad-Haye.

I bet Showtime would snap this fight up in a heartbeat if they could.

happening in the US so its a whole different story.

Every 24/7 we had so far was for a US based fight.

But we will see folks. Larry will keep you updated

Haye should turn on his britishness a couple notches up, and Klit his "Russian"-ish lineage and history a few notches too.

    Americans will eat that up.

So exotic. So British, So Eastern European.
