you're exposing yourself. Now ask yourself how man y has PAcquiao faces, and ask yourself how many pure boxers has he faced:hi:

:nut Take it from a Pacquiao fan to think high knockout percentage equates to being a great offensive fighter.

You think Khan lands 150 jabs on a prime DLH?

Very rare any of the good fighters of recent times does, thats why these fantasy fights are made!

But in this case i go with the old fighter. Whitaker would be damn difficult for Pac to beat, and let alone KO!

Why would you quote him when you did not understand what he said?
It is obviously about punching power and NOT who is better.

Second I agree, Pea is not a strong puncher. He is a technical sharp puncher. Meaning he execute well turned punches that depend on great timing and proper technique. To say Pea is a power puncher is really overstating his abilities. He has offense just not in the power department.

I don't think he looks stupid trying, but he'd have a terrible time with the guy and would lose a UD, if we're going by respective lightweight or jr welter versions. Pac would have a solid chance at 147 though IMO.

    Without a doubt!
One thing people forget also is that Pea is a busy puncher, especially for defensive genius. Even if he did not punch like Iron Mike he kept you honest by making sure you feel 2-3 punches at a time.

Pea Whitaker would control Pac with his jab and frustrate and clown the hell out of him with his movement and beat him up on the inside . Pea Whitaker is a stylistic nightmare for Pac Sweet Pea by clinic:deal

Log off you ******* you don't know **** about boxing. Outbox Pea from the outside???:rofl:lol::rofl:lol: Are you ****ing serious??? One of the dumbest comments in the history of internet forums. Very few boxers in the history of the sport could even think about outboxing a prime Pea Whitaker, I would only say Hearns and SRR could do it and that's it.:deal

if Pac had trouble with Marquez, picture what Sweet Pea would do with him. This Pacquiao hysteria has gone a bit overboard, this is just disrespectful to Pea and the fight game as a whole to even imagine, let alone type that Pac would KO Sweet Pea.

Honestly, I think Sweet Pea would look excellent and Manny may look foolish, but the reason why Floyd never gets robbed and Sweet Pea does is because Floyd makes sure he hits you enough to win the round. Pernell gets too caught up in defense sometimes that he doesn't throw enough punches to win rounds. That's why he gets those kind of decisions. I would expect it to go similar to Oscar, although I would expect Manny to do just a little better than Oscar, with the end result being similar as well. Sweet Pea would probably win, but walk away with an L.
