Price said he has a eight rounder on 27th April

But not against Harrison as it is a no win situation (is that cos Harrison might not have two layers of fat round his gut)

Price trainer also said Harrison should do the right thing and retire ( even though a boring fighter he is not a walking punch bag and still in shape)

Price finally said he would be ready for a British title fight in three fights time I think he is ready to face the winner of fury/chisora

Why would Price want to take a backward set???

David Price fighting Audley isn't a backward step. I wouldn't fancy Price's chances against Audley.

    I was being sarcastic.

I would like to see this fight tbh, would fancy Price by stoppage.

Without disrespect, pricey should not fight Audley as he's in a no win situation!! Audley gets a decent win then yes but pricey deserves to be in with the likes of McDermott,Sprott,Fury,Chisora or Sexton or maybe even Rogan!! Audley is a really bad opponent for anyone at the min, he needs a fight off these shores to get some credit back.. I actually like Audley too but at the min he's a bad move for anyone imho..

I see the board have ordered Mcdermott vs Price as eliminator, would have thought Maloney would want to keep them apart.

Just want to see Price someone who isn't 5 stone overweight and actually wants to fight.

For me personally, David Price should fight McDermott, Sexton, Sprott or Rogan before Audley, Price needs a decent win first before getting with Audley, let them both have a couple of wins first then get them in together and the winner faces the winner from Del Boy v Fury. Maybe?????

Wake me up when this guy stops fighting Eastern European Handymen

No way does he fight McDermott, he would get smashed

Mcdermott is a dangerous fighter for any british domestic boxer, I would fancy Big John to give Price a really hard nights work or even win, Price hasnt been tested at all yet i cant even recall him taking a thunderous shot he would certainly catch one of Mcdermott.

The thing is we can only judge Price on potential, nothing he has done so far has told us anything, personally I think he beats any British domestic heavyweight but I have nothing at all to back this up with. McDermott would be a good yardstick.

True mate about Barker v Macklin, the Price v McDermott fight would be a good fight, it will show what Price is about, as we like know McDermott will bring it.
