honestly I think the safest bet is Ward by a close decision. But I am confident AA will land and trouble Ward towards the late rounds, I am expecting Ward to be put on ***** street whether his chin/heart is capable to withstanding a late assault I dont know but I do know AA has the power to hurt anyone around his weight.
The thing about AA is he always scores his KOs late in the fight when his opponent is tired, worn down, and more importantly, slowed down to a crawl. Don't expect Ward to tire, and I don't expect him to slow down where AA's slow ass punches will find him, and if they do, I'm positive Ward will handle them well and continue his dominance over AA.

Ward still has to prove that he has durability, and he may prove it against Abraham. Regardless I think Ward has great boxing skills + Solid dirty tactics and inteligence to see AA off, but towards the championship rounds when it becomes more of a fight rather than a boxing match is where I would favour AA to put Ward to bed. AA is an experienced fighter.

I hate putting all my hopes in a fighter's "lucky punch". The thing about AA is he has shown that he can take a punch. In fact, he has shown that he can take alot of punches. Too many. For the first 8-9 rounds of every fights AA absorbs a tremendous amount of punishment. I wonder when all those punches will begin to show on AA. It just may be this next fight, or maybe it was in the Dirrell fight where he hit the canvas.

I don't know. Kessler couldn't land a glove on him and he's faster and throws straighter and crisper punches. I could maybe see this happening if Ward's power just has no effect on Abraham and feels safe walking him down and not worrying about what's coming back. Personally, I think by the second half of the fight Abraham is going to done mentally after losing something like 20 rounds in a row, especially if Ward works him in the inside and against the ropes where Abraham has absolutely no idea what to do.
