So what will Haye do

I have a feeling he'll get knocked down, my money would be in round 7.

After getting knocked down, he will be on his chest, look up once with a discouraged face, and get counted out.

 

Well, the guy talked big before the Valuev bout, he talked big before the Ruiz bout and he talked big before the Harrison bout.

In neither of these fights he actually did what he said he would do.
In either fight he fought of the backfoot with occasional spurts even when there was no danger at all (Audley), or very little (Ruiz).
He didn't even go after Ruiz after the KD in round 1, while a "finisher" like almost all his fans say he is would be all over the guy finishing him off.

I don't believe he will go after Wlad from the opening bell, while he should. He will fight scared like in his 3 other HW titlefights.

 

Knowing Haye and his bullshitting nature, I wouldn’t be surprised to see him quit on his stool and complain about his shoulder or something.

But, I don’t think he’ll be putting himself in a situation where he’ll tire in the latter rounds. He’ll fight cautiously, preserve his energy, and only fully commit himself to attacks if he sees openings or if Wlad’s hurt. Expect the Haye you saw in the Valuev fight, but one that will be forced to be a little more active.

 

Haye can't fight that fight against Wlad, though I agree he will likely try to.

Valuev is easy to pot shot. Wlad is not as he has an incredible jab, good movement and footwork, better speed, better power, higher ring IQ.

I honestly don't know what Haye can do other than trying to swarm him in the early rounds. Again though, I don't think he will due to fear.

 

Don't forget Haye got away clean against Valuev, a lot of people didn't think he won that fight and it was a huge surprise he got the verdict in Germany.
In the buildup towards the bout most people predicted he had to totally outclass him to have a chance to get a decision, and still Haye fought the way he did knowing it probably won't be enough. If he fights this way against a better boxer, no way he's getting the nod.

Just imagine if Valuev did get the decision like predicted and expected just after the fight. It hadn't been very disputed, and what would Haye have done then?

Haye has gone into the 'Lion's den' to win his two biggest fights and has no record of quitting.....ever.

He also fought most of the Valuev fight with a broken hand.

 

He'll quit, he won't take a beating and Booth will pull him out. Maybe he'll fake an injury, he's good at that! There will be an excuse for sure!

 

He'll fake an injury hey?? You mean like Wlad has in his last 2 dates with Chisora?? One like that?

 

He's produced medical reports for his stomach tear, unlike Haye in 09 you mug

PALM BEACH GARDENS — There's a picture of heavyweight boxing champion Wladimir Klitschko at PGA National posing next to "The Bear Trap" bear statue, the imposing symbol of the three demanding holes designed by Jack Nicklaus on the Champion course.
The statue depicts a bear standing on his hind legs, menacing in both stature and nature.
On Wednesday, the 6-foot-5, 240-pound Klitschko took his own intimidating presence to PGA National for a round of golf.

 

haye knows he wont want to be on the end of that jab for 12 rounds, i think he'll suprise us all an try and get vlad out of there in the first round, going for it from the off and if anyone has the tools to do it then haye is the man for the job.

vitali on the other hand is a different story, its a 12 round round fight that and haye will need home advantage if he wants his hand raised at the end.
