Bute cannot compete with Super Six contestants

It was indirectly meant to be Europe vs USA. Bute was never considered because he wasn't part of that particular " plan / agenda ". A 5 year old with a decent brain could see through that....

3- Team Bute had already approached Carl Froch's team to fight in a 2007 eliminator bout for the right to fight in a mandatory IBF title fight. They were even ready to get it made in Nottingham if necessary, but team Froch bypassed that chance and waited an extra year before getting a shot at a belt in December 2008, while Bute had already beaten Berrio in October 2007 to get the IBF one.

4- Prior to the S6, Allan Green declined to fight Bute twice on ESPN for his highest payday up to that time + the chance to get a hold of the IBF belt.

5- Bute's team tried twice to make fights with Stieglietz in order to unify the WBO & IBF belts while the S6 was continuing... Twice they were turned down. They also tried to get Sartison in the ring so that they could unify the regular WBA belt with the IBF one. They were refused again...

6- The S6 tournament started in October 2009, so Bute has been stuck with very little possible opposition at 168lbs for 1 year and a half now.

7- People mention Bute is to be taken as one of the best in his weight class not because of his resume but because they can see with their eyes that he has some serious skills + he dismantled common opponents in an easier fashion than some of the other guys did in the S6.

At this point, if you want to **** on Bute, it can only be because he decided not to move up to 175lbs while the S6 was going on. That's the only logical reasoning to **** on him, without just trolling some ignorant hate around.

By the way The_President....you need to start travelling a little more to see that the US dollar is the one now turning into funny money. Nobody wants that **** anymore around the world..it's like a plague :deal

I was just in your capital of Ottawa for business, as I am at least 6x per year. Of course I converted US dollars to Canadian for taxis, drinks, etc.
Funny how I imagined Canadians wanted to exchange in Cnadian money. I was wrong. They STILL wanted American dollars and I had to bring a pocketful of those big ass $4 dollar coins back to the states with me. You can't exchange that crap in the US. Nobody wants it, not even Canadians.

All that BS regarding why Bute isn;t in the Super Six is just that, Turkish bull****. Truth is, Bute is a lame, and on top of that, a lame NOBODY who has only met "B/C" level opponents in all this time of his career.
Shades of Joe Calzaghe, and Frank Warren in Canada. Not surprising since Canada is little more than an English colony. deal

Really, there hasn't been much to watch.
Just Bute over a 4 year period beating a couple of nobodies and JOURNEYMEN, and absolutely no real test of meeting even one "A" class fighter.
Allow me to repeat that;
Bute has NEVER faced even ONE (1) world class "A" level fighter in his entire career! :deal

Bute is yet another Kelly Pavlik hype job, but far worst since Pavlik actually fought champions. :yep

If Bute should ever meet any of the Super Six finalists, I highly doubt that he will be near effective enough to win against Ward or Dirrell, but may have a chance to win against the lower level talent of the tournament such as AA, or Kessler, but I highly doubt it.

In 4 years, this is all Bute has accomplished;

Jesse Brinkley
Edison Miranda
Librado Andrade
Fulgencio Zuniga
William Joppy
Sakio Bika

There is no way in hell that someone with so weak competition as above can come in and defeat elite fighters who have been competing at the highest level, fighting the best opponents.

Bute is just a hype based on nothing but air. :yep

Bute is probably the second best super middle out of the bunch. He has some serious skills. I especially like how he leans against you with his right hand/side of his body to set up room with his left. He's got legit power and legit defense. He is a handful for anyone and is about 3x the fighter that is pascal.

Bute has no resume simply because he has failed to step up to create one.

Has Bute fought anyone of the caliber of a Taylor? Nope. Could he have? Certainly.

If Bute were a serious contender, he would have been in the Super Six.
His not being there is like an elite golfer who has never played in a major tournament.

Easy. Like other fighters who have barriers to overcome, as Hopkins did when King and the networks worked to lock him out.
Bute doesn't have this compelling desire like a BHOP. He has faced no one relevant contenders, yet his fans believes he could beat the best who have. LOL! :rofl

I've seen Bute fight, and I've followed Green prior to the major intestinal surgury he underwent.
IMHO, Pre-Surgery Green and the present "fight-only-journeymen" Bute are very comparable in skill levels.
IMHO, Bute wouldn't fare any better within the Super Six then Green did. :yep
