Yeah, well "Money" has a 2 million dollar chain and a 1 million dollar watch! How you like that for an "investment"?:-(

De La Hoya and its not even close, Floyd avoided too many fighters, a shame really.

De La Hoya isn't the fighter that Floyd is, but he's taken more chances and been in more high profile fights. Floyd has been in too many fights that were a foregone conclusion going in.
Oscar challenge of Hopkins wasn't succesful , but it was much more ballsy than anything Floyd has ever tried.

And he fought him pretty good till he went down with the body shot.

    very true

i think they are very close to each other where ever you rank them, Floyd can put some distance with the right fights.

DLH by far. The guy took chances and fought everyone. Floyd would have some losses on his record too if he had juevos like DLH and take on all comers.

I don't think they are that close. Floyd has to take on all the guys who he ducked to reach Oscar status: Willams, Cotto, Margorito, Berto, Clottey. And I don't even have to SAY the "lil' man" name.:deal

All the "names" that Floyd beat, you don't think De la Hoya in his prime couldn't beat those fools? Baldomir? Judah? Hatton? Gatti? Oscar brutalized Gatti when they fought, and thought nothing of it. Meanwhile Floyd breaks down and cries like he took on Godzilla.

Its close, but ive got PBF ahead, hes only really avoided fighters at WW, and apart from Castillo hasnt really came very close to being beat. He has a victory over Oscar.

Oscars resume is unbelivable, but he did loose alot of his big fights, there is no doubt he fought anyone and everyone and you can argue the Mosley 2 and Tito fights for Oscar, you can give the Sturm fight against him. I think if Oscar had gotten the decisions over Tito and Mosley 2, id have him way over Floyd. But he never..

    Right.

ODLH = gold medalist, fought the biggest names, lost some won some
Mayweather - bronze medalist, WW resume lacking

Why do some people think Mayweather fought a prime DLH?
