It all begins tonight lads, with Lee v McEwan. Craig looks a little fragile at times, and the more I think about it I think Lee could get to him early. But I'm terribly biased when it comes to Irish boxers. Next week I will be telling you how Casey is going to walk down Rigo and KO him, and how Magee will outwork Bute and stop him late or outpoint him. But then again I've got history on my side as I've watched so-called Irish no-hopers defy the odds in the past, so you never know the minute.

Nice one Morrser - Joyce looked class in the 1st but he abondoned the game plan in the 2nd when it was working perfectly for him. He just nicked it in the 3rd before it was cut short but he looked worthy overall. The high guard meant Valentino wasted too much energy. I wonder how many other contries will adapt that heading to London!

I was always firmly with the bookies on this one and have Rigo a really strong favourite while rooting for Casey at the same time but if Rigo is going around smashing boxers of that calibre to bits in sparring then Willie boy could end up getting mangled and embarrased :-(

Andy Lee v Craig McEwan and Martinez v Dzinziruk coverage now starts at 2.30am on Setanta Ireland and not 2am as previously scheduled. We think that Lee will be on at 3.30am approx.
