you cant question his greatness without question, took on a fight that nobody wanted and beat the living **** out of him. hes without question the best in the sport
He reminds me of Donaire. Just to powerful and explosive for Dzin who has 0 power and is undersized in terms of body mass at MW. For a real challenge he has to move up to 168 against the likes of Kessler, Froch, Ward, Bute etc. He is just too powerful and will destroy anyone in the division just like Donaire did to previously unstopped fighters like Vic and Sidorenko. Respect for Dzin who is a very tough fighter. He is a terrific technical fighter who was just simply overpowered and had no equalizer in this fight.
2 sounds good to me. I mean he's obviously a special fighter. Its too bad rhe weight classes with him and pac just dont make sense. P4p 2 is about right at this point.
no he aint.....nonito beating montiel sh1t s on everything martinez has done.....but he is the best 160 lber out there , no question about that...
I agree. Pac is fighting has-beens. PBF is semi-retired. Martinez in the mean time is beating top fighters who are in their prime and undefeated, and blowing them away. Martinez #1.
Martinez himself said he's too small for 168. Dzin could probably move up to 168, he's 6ft and is probably coming into the ring in the 170's with not a lot of muscle mass.
He's number 3. Pacquiao and Mayweather are still far more accomplished. It seems ridiculous to place Martinez at #1 if you're making that judgment using only his last three fights.
i think he really is unbeatable at middleweight area. he is now the most feared one for people to face. pirog and kirlkland might be crazy enough, winky too if fit and ready. sturm, chavez jrn wont want any of him.
Martinez is a monster but he's not P4P #1. I think this puts him ahead of Mayweather now though. Consider what both have done in the last 2 years.
I'd put him at #2, slightly over Donaire. Pac is still clearly #1. All 3 of these guys are special fighters.
