Foreman did knockout Wepner earlier , Liston basically, "cut" him to shreads in 10, rounds if I am correct . Wepner did say this in 1, "LISTON", documentary, it does make me think he will say wat he must, in the doc, to make it seem, better .
Tyson had mid-level power and was unproven at HW. Cleveland Williams hit harder, Tyson is too mainstream
Plus Tyson is on record as saying its the placement of the punch as much as the power which will devastate

I go with tyson based on listins fights with patterson. If Tyson hits patterson ONCE, the fight is over. There wouldn't be a second knockdown. QAlso, Tyson's timing and placement of punches is a big factor. The answer to the question should be based on who wuould YOU rather be hit by. No one (i dont believe) would rather be hit by Tyson. Tyson is the harder puncher.
Hard to say unless you are being hit by both, Mike was faster than Sonny but Sonny's Jab was like Ali's right cross but that alone should tell you speed can be a factor...both men had better than adequate power
