What's everyone's thoughts to Yuri Foreman quitting on the stool yesterday?

I know it technically get's classed as the corner not letting him go back out but for the last 2-3rds beforehand, he wanted out of there bigtime.

That little bulldog Pawel Wolak just mothered him. He jammed in and was absolutely battering Foreman with some super shots all the way through the fight.

Great little TV fighter Wolak and I hope he get's himself a nice fight or two out of it. Looking through his BoxRec record, he's consistently fighting guy's with great records so he's certainly hungry for action.

Good luck to Wolak :good Foreman, ****off, your done.

I did see the fight against Cotto but that ain't yesterday where he was by far the bigger man in size and reach and yet, got absolutely battered.

He was ****ed and as I said, had the houndog look for the last 2-3rds and wanted out of there. He wasn't arguing one iota with his corner. He didn't want a bar of being a fighter last night.

    He's finished.

Was very suprised on the stoppage, his opponent wolak I think was very swollen in the face and the fight was messy at times and a cut was inevitable I thought,he should have stuck to it and tried for the cut,not just quit(take him out the back and shoot him,he's done)

terrible terrible choice of a comeback fight after a bad injury and reportedly tough time getting back into it once fit again. Really bad management

Foreman just couldnt handle the constant pressure of fringe contender Pawel Wolak.
Have always enjoyed the honesty of all Wolak's interviews & he comes across an extremely likeable guy that draws really well in the Polish community around New Jersey.

Having watched well over half a dozen of Wolak's fights its awesome to see how far he has come through hard work, guts & limited boxing skills.
If only other boxers with much better skill sets showed the heart & will he does boxing as a sport would be in a much better place.
A real throwback fringe contender brawler is Wolak & i wish him well in the coming year with hopefully a fight on homesoil in New Jersey to come & maybe even a world title shot down the road against a weaker champ like Cornelius Bundrage perhaps or even Chavez Jr finally after it being called off twice.

Foreman was guided to the title because of his roots, nothing else. I was utterly suprised how he fought against Danny Santos, i thought Santos would have nailed him hard in the early rounds and end it.

But Santos was not himself, not fighting for over a year and by ring time he looked well out of order. Foreman just jabbed and moved and made it look easy, i was thinking Santos must be taking a dive for extra cash!!
