??? House prices are dirt cheap in Northern Ireland....and it didn't look to spectacular....and he was driving a Peugout 307.
I wasn't aware of the cheap house prices but it looked better than hatton, calzaghe and frocks houses when they've been on the tv.
:rofl:rofl ****ing hell...MIK it didn't look that great. Type of home i'd expect Paul to have tbh. EDIT: Yeah i get what you mean...Froch's home from Outside doesn't look amazing but he's a simple guy i think...that type of place suits him.
his birds family own a big enough shop in dungiven (eurospar) which he runs so sure hes not short of a few quid
where do you get this shite? the average house price in Northern Ireland is over £140K hardly dirt cheap! you must be thinking about the Republic.
not dirt cheap compared to what Mr King of Numbers stated above though is it!! 1st time buyers wouldn't even get a mortgage for that amount unless they could cover about 80% of the mortgage.
No offense to anyone who does have a house within that price region but £140K is pretty darn cheap...
tell that to the 1st time buyer trying to get on to the property ladder. 5 years ago a 90K mortgage was costing anything between £850-1K PER MONTH in repayments. my brother in law has a £160K mortgage and is currently costing him £1,300 per month!! is that "dirt cheap" to the average man? is it bollocks.
All depends on what you're earning... My Father's been offered a £300K Mortgage (For a second house) at 60 Years old with a £900 monthly payback.
