I'm not sure if it's a Mortgage to rent, but yes, we're paying 70K up front and they'll be taking £900 a Month from us, and then once it's furnished up a bit, we plan to rent the place out. I'll find out as soon as I can, though.
:yep And to be honest, it's really not worth it. We're talking about semi-detached houses for 400K (even more for smaller houses in some cases) but the access over here is great.
laz youll be doing a hell off alot off taxi rund to pay that off, or cutting halal meat or sum ****, lovely gaff he has, laz if u stuck that house where u live it would be worth a million
Sorry Gaz :good House prices aren't going to go up now. They're at their lowest currently and will only go up a fair thousand from this point onwards, but I'll be keeping the house, for sure. We haven't chosen one yet. If you look back, I wrote that we're looking for one asap, but I'll be sure to, once the deal is done :deal
